Enrique Iglesias thinks Easter is for “dinners and vacations and parties”.

The 37-year-old Bailamos singer is a self-confessed reveller.

While many celebrities were tweeting about spending time with family and remembering the sacrifices made by Jesus Christ on the religious holiday Enrique confessed he values less pious ways to indulge.

"Easter is a time where you have a lot of dinners and vacations and parties," the singer told People magazine.

"It's probably one of the weeks where people go the most on vacation," he reasoned.

The star is also partner in Dominican Republic-based luxury rum company Atlantico Reserva.

He shared with the magazine a special cocktail created for fans who share his Easter ideology.

The drink, called the Atlantico Rabbit, combines rum, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, ginger beer and mint.

Enrique said it's the perfect concoction for any party. But above all he stresses fans should drink “responsibly”.
The Latin heartthrob partnered with Atlantico back in 2011.

He said he was inspired to work with the liquor company because it “had absolutely nothing to do with what I do".

"I started drinking it and I liked it," he said of the rum.

"It was a brand that was really a start-up. It was very small, but I wanted to try [working with] it. It would be different."
