Just when you thought things couldn’t get better, Grammy nominated rapper Nas has added two of 2013’s biggest new stars to his O2 Arena show, in the form of 2 Chainz and Iggy Azalea.

Since Nas initially announced the dates, eager fans hungry for a slice of real hip-hop have snapped up tickets. With only a few seats remaining the exciting new additions to the line up is bound to have music fans scrambling to secure their place inside the venue. Even Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has asked Nas’ management for tickets for him and teammates!

Meek Mills was originally due to support Nas, but after a stellar 2012 that included several hit records there was only one rapper who could perform to the 20,000 capacity venue – 2 Chainz. The Georgia-born artist is the hottest rapper out and will replace Meek Mill on the line up. Fans will be flocking to see him perform tracks such as ‘Birthday Song’ and ‘No Lie’ – collaborations with Kanye West and Drake respectively. The Def Jam signing is hip hop’s most in demand feature and in the last 12 months 2 Chainz has added his golden touch to songs from artists such as Nicki Minaj, Tyga, A$AP Rocky and Kendrick Lamar.

Australian native Iggy Azalea is being touted for massive things, and recently gave British fans a glimpse of her potential when supporting Rita Ora on her Radioactive tour. With fans including BBC Radio 1’s Nick Grimshaw, it’s only a matter of time before Iggy crosses over into the mainstream.

This will be the first time all three artists have performed on the same line up and venue, so it’s sure to be a truly unique experience. Remaining tickets for the arena show are on sale now – head over to AXS.com for more information.
