Nicole Scherzinger may not be back on the judging panel of the UK X Factor.

The 34-year-old singer replaced Kelly Rowland last season and says she had a great time living and working in the UK.

Speaking to Kiss FM, Nicole revealed the makers of the show have yet to ask her to rejoin current judges Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos on the programme.

“I don’t know [if I’ll be back],” she said.

“We haven’t had the conversation yet – they’ve got to ask me. I had the best time. It was one of the best years I’ve ever had.

“I didn’t know how much I’d fall in love with being here and the people – it’s awesome.”

The singer, who shot to fame as the lead singer of girl group The Pussycat Dolls, also said she would not rule out a reunion with the band who split back in 2009.

"I love the girls, I miss them, I wish them the best,” she said.

“I don't see why it wouldn't be possible sometime in the future."
