Katy Perry would spend her “ideal” day off with her cats.
Thanks to her successful career, the pretty singer has to keep up with a busy schedule of TV appearances and concerts.
The 28-year-old values any spare time and knows exactly what she prefers when it comes to relaxation.
“If I had an ideal day off, I would most likely choose to relax at home with my cats!” she smiled to British magazine Closer.
“Or I’d visit a spa and treat myself to a facial. I also really enjoy meditating – it’s so relaxing.”
The gorgeous brunette had a turbulent 2012, which saw her divorce UK comedian Russell Brand and release emotional documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me about coping with the split.
Despite the New Year traditionally being a time for new beginnings, the star insists she hasn’t set herself strict rules for the upcoming 12 months.
“I haven’t made any resolutions. In fact, my only resolution is not to make any resolutions!” she joked.
“I don’t like to set a time frame on new beginnings. I just take my life one day at a time and continually try to evolve and become a better version of myself.”
Katy has moved on from her heartbreak and is now dating musician John Mayer.
