Taylor Swift received gifts more suitable for “85-year-olds” this Christmas.
The country singer only turned 23 this month, but was given some rather unusual presents by those closest to her.
Among the pile of gifts under her Christmas tree Taylor found pet treats and a board game, causing her to joke she may be old before her time.
“I shouldn't read into the fact that my family got me a new scrabble board (the one that swivels!) &cat treats for Christmas, right? Am I 85? (sic)” she cheekily tweeted to her followers.
The new word game should come in handy when the I Knew You Were Trouble singer goes on dates with her beau Harry Styles.
Taylor is currently romancing the 18-year-old One Direction star and apparently their mutual love of board games helps them bond.
"They have loads in common and talk about music endlessly - Harry thinks Taylor's music is brilliant and has been asking for song writing tips," a friend recently revealed to British magazine Look. "Plus, they both love Scrabble!"
Harry could be even more drawn to indoor activities following a minor injury he is believed to have sustained while on a skiing holiday with Taylor.
The teenage heartthrob took to Twitter to share a picture of himself with a bandage on his chin after enjoying a pre-Christmas break with the American songstress.
Despite his apparent fall, Harry was smiling in the snap, which could be thanks to his lovely girlfriend’s kind nature.
Taylor has been named the most charitable US celebrity by charity site DoSomething, after she donated £2.5 million to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Hot on her heels was fellow young star Miley Cyrus, who secured second place for her work with groups such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
