Mel B and her daughters have “dance-offs” to Spice Girls songs.
The singer is mother to three daughters, Phoenix, Angel and Madison, and is also step-mom to husband Stephen Belafonte’s little girl Giselle.
The 37-year-old likes to dance around to the band’s old hits with her brood.
“I don’t know [their favourite Spice Girls song], I’ve never asked them. Sometimes they put on the songs and we have little dance-offs!” she laughed to the British edition of OK!
The singer has been busy passing on her musical expertise as a judge on the Australian X Factor.
Despite her work commitments, she takes her children with her whenever she can and values spending time with her girls.
“You just have to go with it week by week,” she said of balancing her job and family life.
“But in Australia I can take my kids to work with me. There’s a crèche on set at X Factor Australia and my kids love the chaos backstage. They love coming out to the audience and saying hi in the ad breaks. It’s completely fun for them and I get to be with them.”
The star’s jet-setting lifestyle can make it difficult for her to plan special family occasions.
So far she is unsure where she and Stephen will be spending Christmas with the kids.
“I haven’t decided yet,” she admitted.
“We might have a holiday with the kids in Fiji or we might head back to Los Angeles or maybe even the UK. We haven’t really full-on decided.”
