Chris Brown and rival Drake will not face criminal charges for their June nightclub brawl, according to reports.

The rappers were involved in a fight at WIP nightclub on June 14 that left many partygoers bloodied and bruised.

TMZ reports police have closed the case due to lack of evidence.

Law enforcement sources tell the website no criminal charges will be filed against Chris, Drake or members of their entourages.

Drake’s lawyer Blair Berk appeared to confirm the report.

“Drake was never even a suspect so it’s no surprise,” he told the website.

Chris and his entourage reportedly sustained serious injuries in the melee, which reportedly erupted over Chris' ex-girlfriend, Rihanna.

RadarOnline reported at the time Drake sent a note to Chris’ table stating: “I am f**king the love of your life,” in reference to the Barbadian singer. A brawl ensued and several partygoers, including Chris, were said to have needed stitches.

American basketball star Tony Parker was among those at the venue at the time.

He has sued WIP over the incident amid claims his eye was injured while bottles were being thrown during the fracas.

Tony is seeking $20 million in damages.
