The 22-year-old country crooner always keeps her cool while under pressure.
Although Taylor feels stress like anyone else, she won’t allow anxiety to compromise her decorum.
“[I always try] to be kind to people,” she told ET Online.
"No matter how bad a day you're having, don't take it out on other people.”
Taylor is tall and trim, but she doesn’t ascribe to any weight management regimens.
The singer eats whatever she wants and can’t imagine ever limiting her food intake.
"The one indulgence that I allow myself is food,” she explained.
“I just love food. I can't do crazy birdseed diet stuff."
Taylor takes a disciplined approach to health.
She always finds the time to make it to the gym.
"I like to eat a lot, so I exercise a lot," Taylor said.
"I try to really balance it out, because I just like food so much!"
