Jessica Chastain feels comfortable being naked after going to a spa.
As one of the brightest stars in Hollywood, Jessica needs to exude confidence about her body. The 35-year-old actress learned to relax when she in the nude by stripping off for a spa treatment.
“Korean spas get you so comfortable with your body because you’re naked in front of everyone. I’m a huge fan of scrubs and use them at home, too,” she told the latest edition of UK magazine Marie Claire.
Jessica also seeks inspiration from other Hollywood stars. She was in awe of legends such as her The Debt co-star Dame Helen Mirren. Jessica hopes she can grow old as gracefully as Helen.
“I worked with Helen Mirren. She was beautiful when she was young and I believe she has got more beautiful as she has aged,” she gushed. “When someone is comfortable in their skin, there’s great beauty in that.”
Jessica isn’t afraid to experiment with her appearance and the red-head famously went blonde for her role in The Help.
The actress has joked her transformation made quite an impression on the film crew.
“It was great fun being blonde to play Celia in The Help. Men treated me differently. I’d walk out of the trailer and it was the first time I’ve felt they’d drop their food!” Jessica laughed.
