Carmen Electra thinks Simon Cowell is “a sweetheart”.
Carmen and Simon were spotted enjoying an intimate meal together at Italian restaurant Cecconi's in West Hollywood over a month ago.
Reports state that the 53-year-old music mogul and the 40-year-old former Playboy playmate couldn't keep their hands off each other.
Carmen remains coy about the true nature of their relationship, but admits that she’s very fond of him.
"He's so cute. He is adorable. He's actually a sweetheart," she revealed on Access Hollywood Live.
"The thing is, we worked together on Britain's Got Talent. I was a guest judge and I had so much fun. I really liked him. I think he's really cool."
Simon is currently filming the X Factor in Los Angeles.
Apparently the pair have been spending much more time together of late.
"Now, obviously, he's in town with X Factor and we started to hang out and we became friends," she explained. "I think he's a great guy."
Carmen was asked whether or not the pair have been sexually active together.
She didn’t reveal too many details.
"Maybe!" she laughed. "We are friends! As Simon would say."
Carmen split from her fiancé rocker Rob Patterson this fall.
