Since first finding notoriety as the Velvet Underground’s sonic architect to producing and performing with Iggy Pop, The Modern Lovers, Patti Smith, Brian Eno & The Happy Mondays, he has also maintained one of the most prolific and celebrated solo careers in rock music.
Cale’s personal history is for many the physical embodiment of rock music’s own 20th century odyssey.
Joining the conversation will be pioneering producer Matthew Herbert, acclaimed author Richard King, and host Emma Warren (The Guardian, Red Bull Music Academy).
