Cody Simpson is having an “incredible” experience opening for Justin Bieber.
The 15-year-old Australian pop crooner is currently kicking off the first few shows of Justin’s Believe concert tour.
Cody loves the energy of the crowd.
"It's been going awesome so far," Cody told MTV News.
"I was unsure of how they would go for me, but when I got out there the whole arena was full already, and usually an hour or so before Bieber goes on maybe half of it would be full, but everyone was there and everyone was standing up and getting into my show, which is insane, and I just saw so many tweets after I came off stage saying 'definitely I'm a fan now,' 'awesome dancing.' And I was just like, 'This is incredible, I love this.' "
Cody and Justin are getting along well.
Apparently the pair are becoming swift best friends.
"I got to hang out with Justin the other day in Vegas, definitely becoming a good mate of mine," Cody said.
"We didn't really chat too much about the show, but he definitely congratulated me on the performances and stuff, but we just kinda chilled, we went to this haunted house, it was just chill. We are both surrounded by music so much, so when we hang out it's just two teenagers."
