The man who trespassed on Miley Cyrus’ property over the weekend has been ordered to avoid contact with the singer.

Jason Luis Rivera jumped the fence surrounding Miley’s house on Saturday and ran around the yard wielding scissors. He said the reason for his unwelcome visit was because he wanted to see the star.

TMZ reports that Jason pled not guilty to trespassing and resisting arrest, two misdemeanour charges, in court Monday. The judge set his bail at $100,000 and made it clear that Jason was not to come within 500 yards of Miley at any time.

Jason remains in police custody.

Miley is also potentially facing another legal issue, as the star has been accused of being involved in a bar brawl over the weekend.

The accuser alleges that the singer punched him in the face at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt hotel.

The man filed a police report early Sunday and he has no visible injuries.

Miley’s representatives think this criminal battery accusation is laughable.

“This claim is completely false and erroneous,” her reps told the website.
