Spanish authorities arrested a 31-year-old man in Zaragoza for releasing an unauthorized version of the new Madonna song Give Me All Your Love. The man was said to be a huge Madonna friend who had somehow gotten the leaked track into his possession.


The sister of late drummer Bruce Gary of the Knack is suing Capitol Records for royalties from digital downloads that she says is owed. She alleges that she is due 50% of net receipts on downloads as they are licensed versus what an artist normally gets for sales (12 to 18%).


Emmylou Harris will celebrate her 20th anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry on January 21 at the Ryman Auditorium. She will be joined by Vince Gill, Shawn Colvin and Rodney Crowell.


Slayer's Kerry King has said not to expect any further Big Four (Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax) shows.
