• Entry is free.
• Multiple entries on the same platform will not be validated. Only one entry will be validated from each entry mechanism: Email, Twitter and Facebook.
• Only entries that are made and received by the Promoter during the open dates will be eligible for entry. Entries received outside these dates and times will not be eligible for the prize draw.
• The winner of the prize draw will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
• If we are unable to contact the winner or the winner fails to respond to the Promoter a new winner will be randomly drawn and notified.
• Prizes will only be delivered to an address in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). Delivery times will be specified by the Promoter and delivery will be free of charge.
• By entering the prize draw you agree to the publication of the winner's name and Twitter handle on www.music-news.com, and other
Network Sites in all media formats (Twitter & Facebook), without any fee being payable to you. This may include photography of you and the prizes.
• Personal Data shall not be used for any purposes other than those expressly authorised above.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred. No cash alternative is available.
• Prizes are awarded subject to availability. If due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, a prize has to be changed at any time, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize similar in quality and value. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the prize draw or the prize for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.
• The Promoter will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify without notice any entries that it believes are fraudulent.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
