OneRepublic to perform on New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest

OneRepublic will perform on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012 live on ABC on Saturday, December 31st at 10:00pm EST/PST.

Jenny McCarthy will report from Times Square and Fergie will host the Los Angeles party segments of the bi-coastal celebration. The LA party will also feature performances by Blink 182, Christina Perri, Florence + The Machine, Gym Class Heroes, LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, and will.i.am.

OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder was recently nominated for 2 Grammys, including Producer of the Year and Album of the Year for his production work on Adele's 21. The band's new song, "Christmas Without You," is available on iTunes now.
