Look for the Red Hot Chili Peppers to open big next week. According to the industry site Hits Daily Double, the first week sales of their new album, I'm With You, is tracking for between 215 and 240,000. In a normal week, that would be enough to hit the top of the charts, but not when you go up against Lil Wayne. His new one, The Carter IV, is projected at 925 to 975,000.

No damages were awarded. According to TMZ, the parties agreed on the statement "The Bellamy Brothers apologize to Dr. Luke and Max Martin for the Bellamys' public statements and any false impressions suggested by the statements on their website that Dr. Luke and Max Martin copy the works of others."
