Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood offers up a guest-laden solo album.

The album will be called I Feel Like Playing, named after the painting he created for the cover art.

It’s the seventh solo effort for the longtime Stone. And being a Stone has a hell of a lot of pulling power.

In addition to getting Slash, Eddie Vedder and Flea to help out, he’s also got Bobby Womack, Bill Gibbons of ZZ Top and Kris Kristofferson on the record.

He’s even drafted former Faces bandmate Ian McLagan in to help.

I Feel Like Playing will come out on September 27 on Eagle Records, but you can hear the track ‘Thing About You’ on his website http://www.ronniewood.com/album_promo.aspx
