Seal to become US citizen

SEAL is reportedly considering becoming an American citizen.

The London-born singer wants to follow in his supermodel wife's footsteps and pledge his allegiance to the Stars and Stripes.

German-born Heidi Klum, 35, who married the 46-year-old pop star in 2004, became an American last year so she could vote in the Presidential elections.

Yesterday she said her husband was now thinking of doing the same and added: "He has an English passport... but I think he's interested. He's been here longer than me."
