James Fox- super-talented UK singer/songwriter, Eurovision song contest entrant, star of the Broadway and with two top 20 hits under-his-belt releases a new album- ‘Rocking Chairs and Lemonade’ on November 10th - out on Plastic Tomato records.

The new self-penned album, on which James plays Guitar, Piano and Drums - brings together world class musicians, and co-writes from such names as Phil Thornalley (Natalie Imbruglia: ‘Torn’), and Mads Hauge (Daniel and Natasha Bedingfield) who also produced the album. Lead Off single- ‘Higher’ will be released on October 20th – and is an infectious slice of upbeat pop. Inspired by many of James’ musical influences such as Billy Joel, Sting and Paul McCartney through to bands like The Killers and Keane- the album is compiled from writing sessions that have spanned the last five years of his career.

Hailing from South Wales- James has already had two TOP 20 hits in the UK, a Number 1 in the UK Indie Chart and Welsh Chart. Well known for his appearance in BBC’s Fame Academy 2003 and for representing Great Britain in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004, James also went on to play Judas in the touring production of Jesus Christ Superstar. He then impressed audiences stateside on Broadway as the piano playing lead in the Tony award winning Billy Joel/Twyla Tharp musical Movin' Out. The show then toured in America, with James also taking the lead in The West End at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre. Of his performances, legendary singer/songwriter Billy Joel said: "I'm particularly pleased that the incredibly talented James Fox will be returning to home turf; he has been wowing audiences here, and he's going to continue to do so there.”

Turner, Lulu and regularly entertains the British Troops in Afghanistan, Iraq and around the world, awarding him two appearances at The Festival Of Remembrance in front of Her Majesty The Queen in 2004 and 2006.
