Megan Thee Stallion has been accused of harassment by her former cameraman.

The rapper has been sued by her former cameraman who has accused her of harassment and claimed he was forced to watch her have sex in a car.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, accusing Megan, real name Megan Pete, of harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, the cameraman, Emilio Garcia, claimed he was trapped in a car with the Savage rapper in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022, while she engaged in sexual acts with an unidentified woman.

Emilio alleged that he was in the car with Megan and three other women when "suddenly Stallion and one other woman start(ed) having sex right beside Garcia".

The suit claimed Emilio "could not get out of the car as it was both moving, and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country".

Emilio went on to claim that the Sweetest Pie rapper told him, "Don't ever discuss what you saw" and later "berated and directed her fat-shaming comments towards Garcia, such as 'Fat B**ch'".

According to the documents, Emilio worked for the 29-year-old hip-hop star from 2018 until June 2023.

"I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me," Emilio told NBC of the alleged incident.

Megan has yet to respond to the allegations.
