The successful applicants for tickets to see Led Zeppelin, Pete Townshend, Bill Wyman and the Rhythm Kings, Foreigner and Paolo Nutini at the O2 Arena, London have now been drawn and notified of their right to buy tickets for the concert. The Tribute To Ahmet Ertegun saw a massive rush on the website www.ahmettribute.com to register for the ballot last month.

Over 1 million fans successfully registered and all those randomly selected have been notified in the last 24 hours. Tickets are limited to one pair per household.

However, fears of touts taking advantage of the concert have been raised after the passcodes that allow fans to pay at the Ticketmaster website have been appearing on internet auction sites. However, since these are linked to the name of the applicant, they are non-transferable. Purchasers' names must match the same details as those who received the passcode. If people attempt to purchase tickets on someone else's passcode, they will be cancelled and the registrants will be notified on email.

Those tickets will then be re-allocated in a draw.

Thousands of eager fans have already snapped up their tickets and we look forward to seeing them on November 26th for an amazing night of rock n roll and one of the most anticipated music events in history.
