Justin and Hailey Bieber's second wedding will be a heavily religious celebration of marriage, according to her father Stephen Baldwin.

The couple married in an intimate ceremony late last year, and will stage a second celebration for family and friends on 30 September.

The Sorry hitmaker, 25, and the 22-year-old model are both committed Christians, and Stephen told TMZ the second wedding will be all about marking the religious importance of marriage.

"We're excited that they're going to do a very fun wedding," the Usual Suspects star, 53, revealed. "They're going to have a lot of their pastor friends and a lot of their Christian friends around them at this time. For now, my job is just walking my little princess down the aisle."

Speaking of how the pair are determined to get their marriage off to a good start, he added: "As Christians and believers they understand that if you don't have God's spirit working in your marriage it just makes it more and more difficult to make it work and find peace and find happiness."

The couple revealed their wedding date with early invites telling friends and family to be in South Carolina on the date for their nuptials, and Stephen confirmed his daughter and Justin are set to wed in the state - but are yet to decide on a venue.

"They've got a couple of venues right now and they're just trying to figure out which one's going to be the most fun for them and memorable," he said. "So right now they're looking around South Carolina."

Stephen also hinted the couple may be planning to start a family, saying the I Don't Care singer "loves kids" and is a "family man" who has now put his wild days behind him.
