Kanye West recalled one of his favourite memories of Lamar Odom as he returned to Twitter on Sunday (15Apr18).

The rapper embarked on a bizarre tweeting spree on Sunday evening, sharing ten posts in the space of three hours that widely varied in topic, from shoe designs, philosophical musings and a poignant memory of Lamar Odom when the retired basketball star was hospitalised.

Kim Kardashian's husband started off by sharing his favourite piece of Saint Pablo tour merchandise, and then recalled one of his favourite moments from that tour, when he walked into Madison Square Garden in New York with his former brother-in-law Lamar, who used to be married to Kim's sister Khloe, in September, 2016 - almost a year after the sportsman was hospitalised after being found unconscious in a brothel in Nevada in October, 2015.

"My favorite moment of walking into MSG to play Saint Pablo, I used to go to the hospital and play Lamar the album when he was learning to walk and talk again. Then we walked into the arena together," he wrote besides a picture of the moment.

The rapper had to scrap the end of the Saint Pablo tour after being hospitalised himself due to stress and exhaustion.

In the Twitter spree, Kanye also revealed that he was gearing up to add to his tattoo collection by getting his son Saint's name etched onto his neck. He shared one design, with "Saint West" written in a spiky, heavy metal-style cursive, and wrote in the caption, "I asked my friend to design this neck tat for me."

The Stronger hitmaker quickly followed it up with a second version, with a cleaner, more rounded design of the two-year-old's first name only.

He also revealed an early design for his Yeezy Boost 350 shoe, and explained in the caption that he had showed the mock-up to British fashion design professor Louise Wilson "the last night I saw her". Wilson passed away in 2014.
