Rapper Nelly is facing another allegation of sexual assault in the U.K.
An unidentified U.S. servicewoman claims the Hot in Herre hitmaker assaulted her backstage at a show in Birmingham, England in 2016.
According to TheBlast.com, the married mother alleges she was invited to the VIP section by the rap star, who suggested that they move back to "another smaller room".
The woman claims she was with Nelly for two hours before he told her "let me see it" and she realised he wanted to have sex with her. She claims he then put his hand on her leg and up her dress.
She stopped him from going further by "firmly" taking his hand and placing it "to the side of his leg".
The woman, named Jane Doe in legal papers, alleges Nelly attempted to block her from leaving, but she was able to get away from him after a security guard opened the door to check on them.
Nelly has yet to comment on the new report, which comes hours after news emerged that police officials in Essex, England are investigating claims the 43-year-old masturbated in front of another fan backstage after a Southend show in December (17). The unidentified woman also alleges he tried to take her shirt off, kiss her and forced his erect penis into her mouth.
The alleged incidents occurred months after a third woman, 22-year-old Monique Greene, claimed Nelly raped her on his tour bus after a show in Washington. He has strongly denied her story.
Prosecutors dropped a criminal case against Nelly last year (17) because Greene would not testify. She subsequently launched a defamation lawsuit against the rapper, who subsequently confessed they did have oral and vaginal sex, but insisted it was fully consensual.
