Singer Kehlani is dismissing reports she suffered a mental breakdown on stage in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Monday (08May17).

The singer/songwriter came out before the show to tell fans she was cancelling because she had to go to the hospital.

According to TMZ, Kehlani told the crowd she was feeling "crazy", but she now insists her mental health is fine.

"Hey guys not sure why blogs are reporting that I had a mental breakdown but mentally I'm f**king fantastic lol (laugh out loud) physically tour is EXHAUSTING and people get sick all the time (sic)," she writes on Instagram. "Please be aware what you spread in regards to mental health; that can be really detrimental. I love you guys! Speak only what you know."

And she has since revealed she will resume her tour on Wednesday (10May17) and reschedule the Michigan show next month (Jun17).

"back on the road tomorrow after I beat this... (flu)," she adds. "Grand Rapids show being rescheduled to top of next month, if you was there last night you know the real, f**k all that noise (sic). Detroit I'll see you tomorrow night for another beautiful sold out show on the SweetSextSavage Tour (sic)."

Last year (16), Kehlani was reportedly placed on a psychiatric hold after attempting to take her own life, hours after she was blasted on social media for allegedly cheating on her boyfriend, basketball star Kyrie Irving.

The star told the Los Angeles Times in January (17) she has put her struggles in the past and is focused on delivering positivity during every single show on her SweetSexySavage World Tour.

“I didn’t want to be sad every time I go onstage... and I didn’t want to sink back into depression or relive these things over and over again,” she said. “I wanted to make myself happy and when I get onstage everything is so happy. I’m having the time of my life, and that’s what this album is about."
