Rag'n'Bone Man's debut album Human continues to perform well following its record breaking success on last week’s Official Albums Chart.
The collection, which is the fastest-selling debut album by a male solo artist this decade, is on course for a second week at Number 1 according to today's Official Chart Update, outselling its nearest rival by two copies to one.
His nearest chart competition is Amy MacDonald; the Scottish singer-songwriter's fourth studio record Under Stars is at 2.
Ryan Adams' Prisoner could become his highest charting record yet this week, currently at Number 3, while Ed Sheeran's X is up three to Number 4. Should Ed's second album hold onto its position, it'll mark its 62nd non-consecutive week in the Top 5.
In its 19th week on chart, it looks like the Trolls soundtrack could reach a new peak following the movie’s release on DVD. Previously peaking at Number 11 in November 2016, the Motion Picture Cast Recording is up seven spots to Number 5 today.
New entries and high climbers
New at 11 is Future’s eponymous fifth record, closely followed by Rick Wakeman's Piano Portraits, which rebounds 13 places to Number 13. Meanwhile, British band Dreadzone are on course for their first Top 40 album in 22 years as Dread Times starts at 17.
Further down, Sia's This Is Acting catapults back up the chart to 22, a nine-place climb so far this week, indie rock act VANT are new at Number 25 with Dumb Blood, and The Damned's Damned Damned Damned is new at 32.
