Nick Cannon has confirmed reports his ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell is pregnant with his child.
Reports suggesting the America's Got Talent host was set to become a dad for the third time started swirling earlier this month (Nov16), and on Thursday (17Nov16) Mariah Carey's ex-husband came clean during a radio chat.
“I’ve got a baby on the way... absolutely," he revealed on The Breakfast Club, before joking, "God said be fruitful and multiply. I’m doing the Lord’s work... Everybody get a baby! I’m passing them out.”
Bell, a former Miss Arizona, is about six months pregnant and she is expected to give birth to Cannon's baby early in 2017.
Nick is already father to five-year-old fraternal twins Moroccan and Monroe, who he shares with his ex-wife, Mariah. Nick and the singer split in August, 2014 after six year of marriage, and the former couple finally came to terms on a divorce agreement earlier this month (Nov16).
Carey has also been dealt her fair share of personal drama in 2016, having recently split from Australian billionaire James Packer, to whom she became engaged in January (16).
Her spokesperson confirmed the couple is currently on a break after having a fight during a Greek vacation in September (16).
Despite their ups and downs, Nick and Mariah have remained on good terms, coming together as a family to celebrate holidays, birthdays and other special events with their twins, and the TV personality and businessman previously revealed he wouldn't have it any other way.
He told People.com: "I think that'll be something that we'll always embrace... and continue to make sure that we keep everyone focused on love."
