Waylayers - Bull and Gate, Kentish Town - Printable version
Waylayers, a fairly local band, consisting of Harry Lee (vocals/synths), Dave Norman (bass) and Joe Andrews (Guitar) are certainly heading for the limelight after a confident 7 song set list.

Whilst beginning with ‘Braindrops’ in fine fashion, most of the attention was focused on their highly praised new single ‘Magnets’ which is released later this month. Magnets was performed flawlessly with the Lee’s vocals brilliantly bellowing around the small North London venue.

With a smoked filled stage for a moderate part of the show, the lights worked in tandem luminously with the sounds of the synths to create a magnificent effect.

From listening to Waylayers on Spotify and now seeing them live, it is clear to see why they have received so much praise lately. Praise that has led them to be compared to bands such as Two Door Cinema Club…..

Full set list:
Braindrops
Big Machines
Sinking in
Sylt
Weightless
Magnets
SOS
