Cleo Sol is a name we will all get to know a lot better in the coming months as one of Island Records’ recent signees. She’s someone that’s been on my radar for quite some time and has left me thinking why more people don’t know about her. But as they say good things come to those who wait and 2012 is her time to shine.

Not only does she have a beautiful vocal style, she is also a fashion icon in the making! Her experimental style will leave you with serious clothes envy, as she isn’t afraid of bright colours and different shapes. When we met her at the Nando’s Secret Gig, I had to ask her where she likes to shop and who she draws her fashion inspiration from as well as where she likes to hang out as a West London girl.

Her performance on the night caught everyone’s attention, not only was she wearing an amazing dress, she’s also one of the best female vocalists the UK has. Her catchy and upbeat track ‘High’ was enjoyed by the audience as she experimented with her voice as she does with her clothes.

A down to earth girl with an abundance of sass, style and talent, we can’t wait to get hold of her album coming out later this year.
