586 are one of those bands that you find yourself listening to songs over and over again in order to pick out everything thats going on in their music. Money is the Drug is a fast paced number(no pun intended) with Two sets of vocals going on over one another. Steve Horry's fast talking Ian Dury style chat over Deborah Coughlin's shouty B52s girls style noise in the background. All accompanied by a catchy riff, an almost but not quite annoying high pitched keyboard and a Debbie Harry style rap later on the track by ... Deborah.

It all makes for a really catchy interesting track thats a bit different from alot of stuff out there at the moment. Theres a great B-side 'Saying my name' which has a bit of a Specials feel to it. Good Stuff.
