If you cross the Buzzcocks with the Futureheads you might get an idea of the opening title track. Punk riffs and a depth of backing vocals swirling behind the upfront passionate melodies. Who Runs the Show features on their upcoming album Lie, Cheat & Steal. The remaining 6 tracks from the EP are collectively titled Gems From The Cutting Room Floor. The stand out track is the charmingly chirpy Do Dum De Dum Do which is a Doo Wah Diddy (Manfred Man) for the naughties. Fuck Your Money I'll guess is a live singalong favourite – a stripped down acoustic slice of cheekiness and backing woah woah's. It's near impossible to resist joining in with the chorus. The song-writing duo of Ben Bailey and Steve Holbrook, it would appear, have much to look forward to in 2006.
