Daryl Hall’s wife files for divorce

Amanda Aspinall, the wife of Daryl Hall, has filed for divorce from the singer after six years.

The story first came to light earlier today via TMZ; however, Aspinall actually filed the papers back in May.

Hall and Aspinall, the daughter of British zoo owner and gambling mogul John Aspinall, married in 2009. Although they had no children together, Aspinall’s two sons lived with the couple. Daryl is not contesting the divorce and it is reported that a prenup is in place.

Hall was married to Bryna Lublin from 1969 to 1972 and had a thirty year on-and-off relationship with Sara Allen, the inspiration for the Hall & Oates hit Sara Smile. He also has a thirty-year-old son, Darren, from a relationship with Andrea Zabloski.
