Annie Lennox daughters boyfriend missing after kayaking accident

Tali Lennox, the daughter of Annie Lennox and Israeli producer Uri Fruchtmann, survived a kayaking accident on Saturday but her boyfriend remains missing.

The couple were boating on the Hudson River near Sattsburg, NY on Saturday morning before they got into difficulty and ended up in the water. Tali was rescued by a passing boat but there was no sign of her boyfriend, Ian Jones. Neither were wearing life jackets at the time of the accident.

The Dutchess County Sheriff searched for Jones from shortly after the accident about 10 AM until 5:30 PM when the water became too rough to continue. They are expected to resume the search on Sunday morning.

Annie Lennox was married to Fruchtmann from 1988 to 2000 and the couple had two daughters, Tali and Lola. Tali Lennox, 22, had been a model for a number of years before moving into portrait painting last year.
