Perrie Edwards has done a Kanye West.
The Little Mix hitmaker was today crowned sexiest female in pop by British radio station Capital FM. While the blonde graciously accepted the award, she wasn't sure she actually deserved it.
"Thank you @CapitalOfficial but I'm doing a Kanye, this award should be for #QueenB #BowDownToQueenB perrie <3 (sic)," she posted on the band's Twitter account.
The comment refers to Kanye's public outburst when Taylor Swift was awarded the 2009 Best Female Video MTV VMA for You Belong With Me, beating Beyoncé's Single Ladies.
His famous "I'ma let you finish" speech left fans shocked.
"Yo Taylor, I'm really happy for you, I'ma let you finish, but Beyoncé has one of the best videos of all time. One of the best videos of all time!" he declared as he stormed the stage while Taylor was part-way through her acceptance speech.
Also making Capital's top ten hottest ladies are Fifth Harmony's Camila Cabello, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Taylor, Katy Perry and Britney Spears.
Perrie's fiancé Zayn Malik topped the boys' list, beating the likes of Adam Lambert, Justin Bieber, Nick Jonas and 5 Seconds of Summer's Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford. Zayn's ex-One Direction bandmates Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson also featured, meaning only Liam Payne was left off the list.
He doesn't seem too bothered though; he's been busy updating fans with news of the band's first release without Zayn. The track is called Drag Me Down and got Directioners in a frenzy when it was released earlier today.
