A photo of Bobbi Kristina Brown in the hospice she's receiving care at is apparently being touted.

The 22-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston was moved from hospital to a hospice in Atlanta last week, as her condition continues to deteriorate.

In January she was found face down in a bathtub at her Georgia home and since then has been unresponsive to treatment.

Now TMZ reports that someone has managed to photograph her in her current state and is trying to sell the image.

The news outlet declined the picture, calling the actions "pretty disgusting", but does go on to describe the snap. They say a woman, believed to be a family member, is hovering

over Bobbi Kristina.

The photographer is said to be an extended family member and there's apparently a lot of interest from other titles.

Earlier this week Bobbi's best friend Alex Reid spoke out about the allegations that Bobbi's boyfriend Nick Gordon regularly beat her.

Nick, who Whitney took in as her son and was brought up as Bobbi's brother, and Bobbi had previously said they were married, but after her hospitalisation it emerged this was untrue.

"Krissi was physically abused by Nick on a number of occasions and she told me about some of them," Alex told E! News. "I never witnessed anything... she would FaceTime me every time she was distraught, when something has just happened or show me a bruise.

"I love her. I would never have betrayed her and spoken out before now. But as she lies there, I feel there is no one else to speak on her behalf. I feel like I have to be a voice for her now.

"There are things that I know that no one else does. And I hope that by speaking out I can help the investigation in some way,” she added.
