Blur played a two hour set at British Summer Time Hyde Park, closing a second fantastic day with songs spab=nning their career.

Music-News.com was there to see Damon in energetic mood even handing ice cream out to the crowd from their own personal van on stage. The biggest moments came when Phil Daniels joined the band for 'Parklife' along with 'Tender', 'Song 2' and 'Girls and Boys'.

The event was opened by Drenge, who made sure the second day of Barclaycard presents BST was kicked off in superb style, their huge sound created by just a bass, drums and a single guitar.

Continuing a day of amazing music, next up on the main stage were The Horrors, who delivered a killer set to a rapt audience.

The heavens opened a couple of times but the music played on.

Jupiter and Okwess International turned in a storming performance, combining funk, rock and traditional Congolese rhythms.

As the evening drew on, Metronomy kept the energy levels of the crowd high ahead of Blur taking to the stage.

Across the other stages, artists including Roots Manuva, Daisy, Kitty and Lewis, Broken Hands and Iris Gold performed throughout the day.

Celebrity guests enjoying the music included Mick Jones of The Clash, Kit Harrington, Gemma Arterton and Chris Moyles
