Kanye West is apparently worried his new baby will get an inferiority complex if it wears North West's clothes.

Kanye's wife Kim Kardashian announced the happy news she was expecting her second child earlier this month, with the new arrival joining older sister North, who will be two next week.

It's been reported the A-list couple are expecting a boy, however if it's a girl hand-me-downs won't be part of the new baby's wardrobe.

"Kanye is refusing to let the baby wear North's clothes in case she gets an inferiority complex. He's planning to drop about $1.5million on her designer threads," a source told British magazine Heat.

The rapper is also planning to spend an eye-watering sum of money on the baby's bedroom.

"He's completely overhauling a guest room and turning it into a nursery. He's set a budget of $1million for the room and furnishings," the insider claimed.

The proud parents are also apparently happy to shell out for special classes to help North prepare for the new arrival.

The tot, who celebrates her second birthday on June 15, is often seen out and about with her parents and will soon be going to classes that start at $300 an hour.

"Kim has signed Nori up for big sister classes. She will have one-on-one sessions, as well as group classes. Part of the sessions will involve playing with dolls," the source said.

While the costs may be adding up, the source says Kim will also be splashing the cash on making sure she doesn't put on any weight. Trainer Harley Pasternak will be on call, as will celebrity nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia.

"Kim is paying $10,000 per week to create daily menus for the whole family and she has signed up to a meal delivery programme, so following the plan is simple," said the source.
