Dave Grohl kept singing even after possibly breaking his leg.

The 46-year-old rocker was performing a concert in Gothenburg, Sweden at the Ullevi stadium Friday night with his band Foo Fighters.

While playing their second song of the night, Dave suffered a fall after attempting to jump on a ramp, only to accidentally find himself in the security run area between the stage and the audience.

"I think I just broke my leg," he told the crowd, according to USA Today. "I think I really broke my leg."

Dave managed to complete the song even though it’s likely he was experiencing excruciating pain, with roadies and paramedics tending to his injury while he sang.

But after the band finished performing the tune, he had to seek proper medical attention elsewhere.

"Right now, I'm gonna go to the hospital and fix my leg and then we're gonna come back and play for you again,” Dave told the audience.

Eyewitnesses told BBC News the Foo Fighters continued the concert in Dave’s absence while he sought the help of doctors for his injury.

However, Dave came back onstage later on to continue the show. When he returned, the star was sitting in a chair with his leg bandaged.

The extent of Dave’s injury is unknown, but he certainly has a lot of performances ahead of him.

The Foo Fighters are scheduled to play in The Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the United States, Canada, Japan, Germany, Poland, Austria, Italy, France and Spain between now and November 19.
