Lady Gaga thinks Justin Bieber has "a sweetness to him".
Both stars were at the Met Gala on Monday, where they hung out and posed for a cute picture. In it, the 29-year-old star shuts here eyes and pouts, while Justin, 21, gazes up at the camera.
He may have been in plenty of legal trouble in the past, but Gaga has nothing but praise for the Baby crooner.
"He really has a sweetness to him. He grew up in front of the whole world. I reminded him to not get bothered. Because at the end of the day. He's the boss, and life isn't always Roses. Lots of thorns. (sic)," she defended Justin in the caption on Instagram.
Last year was tumultuous for Justin, who was fined for egging his neighbour's home and caught driving without a licence.
Since then he's turned over a new leaf, publically apologising to his fans. But he's also asked others to put themselves in his shoes.
"It’s definitely hard having so many people judge you from a distance. Sometimes you just want to explain yourself but then that’s giving in to gossip and it makes things worse," he recently told Hero magazine.
"I hope people felt the sincerity in my apologies.
"There are a lot of things that have happened in the last couple of years that I’m not very proud of and I feel a responsibility to my fans and to the public who believe in me to make it right. I hope everyone believed it – because it was honest."
