As Blur prepare to release "The Magic Whip", their first album as a four piece since 1999, guitarist Graham Coxon sits down with producer and long term collaborator Stephen Street for a Noisey "Back and Forth", to discuss how the album developed from the initial sessions in Hong Kong, to the final record produced in London.
