Mariah Carey is reportedly “creating a whole new team” of support for herself.

The We Belong Together singer has reorganised many of her relationships recently, having split from estranged husband Nick Cannon and parted ways with longtime manager Jermaine Dupri last year.

After 15 years of working together Mariah and publicist Cindi Berger severed their professional relationship this week, and rumours are rife the songstress is committed to embarking on future projects surrounded by fresh personnel.

“Mariah is creating a whole new team around her,” an insider told Page Six. “New life, new relationships, new label, new management, new publicist, new residency, new, well, everything.”

Next month Mariah will commence her Las Vegas residency, where she’ll be performing numerous concerts at Caesars Palace.

The Always Be My Baby crooner recently opened up about her future shows in Sin City.

“I have devoted my life to travelling the world, meeting fans and performing across the globe. Las Vegas will allow me to showcase my music in a way it’s never been presented before,” Mariah revealed in an interview with Vegas Player magazine recently, noting she’ll only be singing 18 of her number one hits.

“Revisiting these songs for the show has really let me reconnect with them. The power of music has guided me throughout my life, for as long as I can remember, and I’m hoping fans will be able to share the joy of music with me and take that feeling home with them.”

Mariah’s Vegas residency kicks off on May 6 and she’ll be releasing a compilation of her top 18 number one hits this summer.
