Katy Perry would love for a romantic suitor to take her hiking on a date.
The 30-year-old California Gurls singer is currently on break from her 142-date concert series, The Prismatic World Tour.
And during a chat with interviewer Mario Lopez on a Q&A panel, she talked about how she likes to be wined and dined.
“[My] ideal date is really just so simple. I like connections and conversations and jokes," she told Mario, according to People magazine.
"I just like really good food, so dinner and maybe a movie – I love a documentary.
"[I'd love] to be able to go on a hike and not turn it into a thing.”
Katy would appreciate it if a suitor were extravagant with the way he asked her on a date though.
When Mario inquired as to what would be the best way to invite her out, the Dark Horse singer responded: “On a hike via helicopter!”
The superstar has been dating John Mayer on and off for more than two years, but was recently spotted getting close to Winston Marshall from Mumford & Sons after a gig in Berlin.
It’s been claimed she and fellow musician John recently called it quits do to his womanising ways.
"She wanted to play John at his own game. Katy's been in a state of constant jealousy during their on/off relationship, and wanted to give him a taste of his own medicine," an insider told British magazine Grazia previously of her decision to flirt with Winston. "When they got back together, John promised that things would be different this time, so she agreed to give him another chance, but rumours of his philandering continue. She decided that if he's not going to fully commit, neither will she. Her hope was that if John saw her socialising with other men, he'd see what he stands to lose."
