will.i.am gets some shut eye whenever he can.
The talented producer found fame in American group The Black Eyed Peas with bandmates apl.de.ap Fergie and Taboo, and the band will be celebrating their 20th anniversary this year.
As well as producing tracks for himself and other artists, will has also branched out into other business ventures with fashion and technological projects. He's also a judge on the British version of The Voice, and all of this leaves him with little time for sleep.
"Well, I'm usually asleep when we're not filming [The Voice]. I usually only get four hours' sleep, so I try to get 20 minutes whenever I can. Not in the chair though, imagine!" he laughed to British magazine Now.
will is a pro when it comes to music and has previously worked with Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj and Usher to name a few.
He knows what he's looking for when to comes to raw talent, which he thinks makes him an ideal mentor on the talent show.
This is will's fourth time on the judging panel, and he's hoping to shake Britain up this time around.
"I'm looking for something different this year, I've come to switch it up," he mused.
This year Rita Ora is the newest signing to the panel and she joins will, Sir Tom Jones and Ricky Wilson in the famous red seats.
Veteran performer Tom is excited about what he may find in 2015.
"[I'm looking for] talent! And it comes in all shapes and sizes and sounds. I'm not looking for a particular kind of voice - it could come from anywhere. You just don't know," he said.
