Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are apparently “struggling” to align their holiday schedules.
The couple married in May and they have daughter North together, who was born in June last year.
Both celebrities have hectic working lives, with Kanye, 37, often jetting around the world to perform shows. Apparently his job is making it difficult to spend time with 34-year-old Kim and their little one over Christmas.
“For the holidays, she’s told him he has to take time off for her and the baby and he’s not willing to do it and it’s causing a rift right now,” a source explained to Radar Online. “It’s been a struggle.”
It seems the pair made time for each other over the weekend, when they were snapped as a family in Los Angeles on Saturday and New York on Sunday. However, while Kim jetted back to LA with North afterwards, Kanye stayed in the Big Apple.
“When they got married the deal was they would spend time together with the baby,” the insider continued. “But he hasn’t kept up that promise. He’s super busy and continuing his crazy schedule.
“Right now, for the holidays especially, it was all supposed to be resolved, but it’s still causing a major problem.
“They’re having a huge fight right now because he’s not willing to be with her as much as he promised through the holidays and New Year’s.”
Despite the alleged difficulties, it was recently reported the pair are hoping for a second baby. Kim has always been open about wanting to expand her family and now it seems Kanye has some specific plans.
“Trying isn’t the word. Kanye wants to get Kim pregnant, immediately. Kanye has this big dream: he wants to give Kim a baby on her 35th birthday and he’s trying to get her pregnant between now and January in hopes that Kim will be in labour on her birthday,” a source claimed to HollywoodLife.
