FKA twigs finds it difficult “having my picture taken”.
The 26-year-old singer’s notoriety has increased dramatically since she started dating Twilight star Robert Pattinson earlier this year.
But the British songstress, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, admits she still hasn’t gotten used to the attention that comes with such a high-profile relationship.
“Sometimes I really struggle having my picture taken,” she told Vogue magazine.
Tahliah spoke to the publication after being named their next style breakout star for 2015.
And the curly-haired songstress also revealed what’s in store for her over the next 12 months.
Opening up about her next chapter, Tahliah said: “Work always reflects how your brain is morphing. And right now is a very morphy time for me.”
Tahliah also revealed in the interview the reason she likes being surrounded by creative people is because she can pick up new skills.
“I want to learn to tango, but I wouldn’t seek it out—I’ll wait to meet someone off the street who could teach me,” she said.
And if Tahliah does want to learn the tango, at least she will have the perfect surroundings in which to do so.
It was recently reported that Robert, who currently lives in the Hollywood Hills, is planning a move back to the UK.
And the actor is said to have asked his estate agent to look for a London property with enough dance space that Tahliah could rehearse as and when she wants.
“Rob has asked for a high-spec Georgian home on four floors with high ceilings and wood floors,” a source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper.
