Adam Levine will have children “at some point”.

The 35-year-old Maroon 5 frontman married Victoria’s Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo in July of this year, and he’s previously joked about wanting 100 kids with her. Now he’s made it clear how much he wants to start a brood.

"Yeah, we're gonna do it at some point in the not-so-distant-slash-undisclosed-slash-I-really-have-no-idea-big-question-mark future," he told E! News. "Is that ambiguous enough for you?"

But the musician doesn’t just want a few children. If he had it his way, he would have many of the little tikes because he “loves” them so much.

"Like 17. Is that reasonable?” he laughed. "I love kids so much, though. I love seeing kids on the set, too."

It’s not the first time Adam has spoken about wanting to start a family with Behati. In August he joked about wanting babies in the triple figures, in an interview with Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS FM radio show.

"I want to have 100 kids. I want to have more kids than would be socially responsible," he told Ryan.

And with Adam clearly eager to take the step into parenthood, his new wife is on the same page. Speaking with fashion website Net-A-Porter earlier this year, Behati said they have a “definite” plan to have children.

But she hasn’t started making any concrete plans.

“I have no expectations. Not in a bad way, but I’ve learned that you can’t plan ahead. I live day by day and see what happens. It’s vague, but I like it that way," the Namibian model said.
