Robert Pattinson is said to have “finally found” a property in London.

The 28-year-old Maps to the Stars actor was born in the UK capital, but he set up a solid home base in Los Angeles within the past few years.

It seems Robert is definitely moving back to England though, as new reports claim he’s put in a bid on seven-bedroom, £5 million house in southwest London.

“Rob has finally found the property for him,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.

Robert grew up in the Barnes borough of London, which is also located in the southwest part of town.

Speculation is rife his main motivation for moving back across the Atlantic is so he can be close to his love FKA Twigs, a fellow England native who calls London home.

“He’s pretty serious with FKA Twigs so he’ll be able to see her all the time when he’s got his own place,” the insider explained.

The Twilight hunk has been linked with the Mercury Music Prize-nominated songstress since August and he’s accompanied her on tour dates in Europe.

Rob has previously spoken about residing in Los Angeles, where he lived with ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart before their highly publicised split.

The star believes the Californian city can sometimes have a strange vibe.

"I think there's definitely something alien about [Hollywood]," the star suggested during an interview with Yahoo! Movies.

"Mainly because people who act - it's really not necessarily just in Hollywood – they’re just people who... they examine themselves a lot more and like to talk about it.

“I think if you’re spending a lot of time being self-obsessed you just end up being kind of a weirdo.”
