Kesha’s former manager Dr. Luke is reportedly suing the singer’s mother.

The 27-year-old has been embroiled in a bitter legal battle with the man who used to produce her music, which began when she sued him for sexual assault earlier this month. Now he is apparently accusing her mum, Pebe Serbert, of encouraging the ordeal.

Luke filed a lawsuit on Tuesday alleging Pebe convinced her daughter to claim he raped her, according to gossip website TMZ who obtained the legal documents.

He is claiming she initially wanted Kesha to break her working contract with Luke and resorted to extraneous measures when she realized it was unbreakable, says the site. It is said that Luke thinks Pebe’s intention was to continue the hate campaign until he backed out of the contract himself.

Kesha had filed a lawsuit accusing Luke of sexual assault and battery and sexual harassment on October 14. Luke came back and counterclaimed, alleging defamation.

He also brought to light previously sealed legal documents from 2011 in which the Tik Tok singer swore on oath he had never laid a hand on her.

However, Kesha’s lawyer Mark Geragos claimed she only signed documents to deny any abuse on account of battered woman syndrome. He argued Luke’s move to bring this deposition to the surface was a “pathetic” legal move.

"Luke's latest legal manoeuvre comes as no surprise; it's a desperate Hail Mary and a pathetic attempt to once again blame his victim," the lawyer said in a statement to E! News last week. "As detailed in our complaint, Luke walked Kesha down the beach and threatened to destroy Kesha's life and the lives of her family if she didn't cover up his sexual assaults in a 2011 deposition. He is now following through on his threats and grasping at straws to try and twist Kesha's equivocal statements.”
