Cara Delevingne’s music reportedly has a new A-list supporter.

The catwalk queen has been branching out from her modelling roots recently, with a movie career taking off. She currently has five new film projects in production, but has also set her sights on music too.

As well as superstar singer Pharrell Williams backing her new dream, Kanye West is also said to be on hand with advice and there's even been talk about them teaming up together in the studio.

"Kanye and Cara have been swapping a lot of texts and phone calls. He's talking about collaborating on a track to help launch her," an insider told British magazine Now.

The pair met up at Paris Fashion Week recently, with Kanye being a big follower of runway style.

Earlier this week is was reported that Cara's first tracks have already been laid down and feature the vocal talents of Pharrell.

Despite those close to her claiming the 22-year-old didn't want the help of the Happy hitmaker as she was keen to make it on her own, music insiders now say their song is nearly ready for its debut.

"They’re going to release the song without warning, complete with video and global launch," a source told British newspaper The Sun.

"They seem to have formed a great little writing collective and apparently it’s a huge song."

Cara will also hit cinema screens later this year opposite real life couple Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, as well as Billy Bob Thornton, in new flick London Fields.
